
Rewards and Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining compensation and benefits programs that meet business objectives.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience in data analysis, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs
- Maintain and administer existing programs
- Analyze data to inform program development and administration
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure program understanding and adoption
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Human Resources, Arts or Finance
- Experience in working with brokers, benefit providers or other vendors
- Project management skills
- Experience in rolling out new programs or changes to existing programs
