Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our infrastructure projects in Sydney NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed cost reviews and analyses of large complex projects, including measurement and rating exercises. They will also prepare cost plans in an easily understandable format, convert Cost Plans to Package budgets and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and complete detailed cost reporting forms.

This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in construction management, building, or engineering, coupled with extensive post-graduate experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
  • Already obtained or working towards MRICS certification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration.
  • Able to articulate quality standards and expectations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates ability to work methodically and regulated approach to planning and executing projects using appropriate controls.
