Estimated Salary Range: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Admin professional to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our contracts administration team, you will be responsible for providing detailed cost plans, analyzing project costs, and preparing reliable forecasts of cash inflow and outflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed review and analysis of Cost Plans for large complex projects, including full measurement and rating exercises.
  • Prepare Cost Plan in a format that permits ease of optioneering and easily converts Cost Plan to Package budgets and work breakdown structure (WBS).
  • Complete detailed cost reporting forms.
  • Prepare detailed and reliable forecasts of cash inflow and outflow for complex projects.

About You:

  • You have a construction management, building, or engineering degree or equivalent coupled with extensive post-graduate experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
  • You hold MRICS certification or are working towards it.
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration.
  • You can articulate quality standards and expectations to relevant internal and external stakeholders applicable to their project/function.
  • You demonstrate ability to work in a methodical and regulated approach to planning and executing the project using appropriate controls.
  • You deliver agreed outcomes ensuring the project is managed to budget and time frames.
