Acute Care Transition Opportunity for Enrolled Nurses

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse Transition Program: Acute Care professional to join our team.
This program offers a unique opportunity for Enrolled Nurses to transition into acute care roles, providing a broad range of specialty areas, including Renal care, Colorectal and General Surgery, General Medicine, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rehabilitation, Endoscopy, and Neurology.
You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator and participate in supernumerary orientation within each ward rotation, as well as four structured Enrolled Nurse-specific education days throughout the course of the program.
The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care, develop strong critical thinking skills for sound clinical decisions in fast-paced settings, and maintain effective communication and teamwork skills in a diverse environment.
