
Crop Management Specialist

This is a pivotal role that requires hands-on work across multiple aspects of crop and field management. You'll be part of a hardworking and reliable team, contributing directly to the production of high-quality vegetable seed while leading and supporting others in the field.
The ideal candidate will possess strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. They will also have a proven track record of reliability and a positive work ethic, with supervisory skills and the ability to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivating fields through careful preparation, ensuring optimal growing conditions for our crops.
- Applying crop treatments via knapsack spraying, requiring attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Overseeing and assisting team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.
- Maintaining consistent attention to crop quality and field conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- A competitive hourly rate, plus penalties for overtime worked.
