Field Team Leader Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating fields through careful preparation, ensuring optimal growing conditions for our crops.
  • Applying crop treatments via knapsack spraying, requiring attention to detail and safety protocols.
  • Overseeing and assisting team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.
  • Maintaining consistent attention to crop quality and field conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
