About the Role

We're seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our collaborative and supportive team.

This unique and exciting role carries a heightened focus on conducting and coordinating case management across the People and Culture Business Partner team, while managing a smaller client portfolio with full partnering scope. It also offers hands-on involvement in shaping forward-looking People and Culture projects.

The role of the People and Culture Business Partner advises on people practices, policies and procedures and partners with business units to drive compliance, performance and employee engagement.

Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct case management across the wider People and Culture Business Partner team.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for business units to provide advice and guidance and work on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters within business units driving outcomes and mitigating risk.
  • Manage and contribute to change management initiatives.
  • Create and implement cultural initiatives to help embed our values in everything we do.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated capability in conducting, coordinating and reporting on complex case management matters in a unionised or industrial environment.
  • Proven demonstrated experience conducting workplace mediation and facilitation.
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree or diploma level majoring in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience providing Human Resources generalist advice in large or complex organisations.
  • A consultative approach in delivering Human Resources services to managers and employees.
