The Jetstar Group is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Workforce Planning Professional to join its workforce planning team. This role shapes long-term recruitment, training, and resource strategies for flying operations and cabin crew.
Key Responsibilities- Challenge yourself with a dynamic and evolving role in the Workforce Planning team
- Develop and interpret complex models to support long-term planning and decision-making
- Lead initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Background in Data Analytics with a strong understanding of workforce planning fundamentals
- High level of business acumen with a strategic mindset and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to develop and interpret complex models
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and tools like Power BI; comfort with data visualisation and storytelling
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
