Job Description

The role of the Relationship Excellence Representative is to build strong relationships with key Financial Adviser practices, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.

This involves working closely with the broader Retail teams to deliver custom designed solutions that meet the specific needs of each practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with New Business, Existing Business, Product and Process related enquiries, including administration management of new business metrics.

In addition, the Relationship Excellence Representative will assist in the development of deeper penetration across AIA Vitality and AIA Health, working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working in high volume, fast paced Customer Service/Contact Centre environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well-developed rapport building and customer engagement skills
  • Strong work ethic, with a high level of personal accountability
