Sales Relationship Representative

Sales Relationship Representative for Pepe Saya Butter Co. located in Sydney will be an "on the go" role, establishing and maintaining great relationships with our customers here in Australia and abroad as we continue to penetrate local and export markets.

Reporting to and working with our "Head of Butter Relations" your role will involve:

- Working with our partner distributors and implementing marketing and sales support to their teams and creating buy in of the Pepe Saya brand;
- Communication to all customers and enquiries about full product range and pricing;
- Communication to wholesale accounts about new products and specials;
- Driving sales growth with uptake of wholesale account orders and ensuring regular ordering patterns;
- Liaising with retailers and coordinating product placement of products in store for best results and supplying POS;
- Travelling interstate and visits to wholesale customers;
- On road sales;
- Attend events and trade shows as required;
- Work with Communications team in aligning sales strategy and customer communications channels are in place;
- Working with "Head of Butter Relations" to establish & implement sales strategy and targets framework;
- Providing customer support;
- Ensuring customer orders are full-filled and met;
- Communicating with Head of Production on special & volume orders.

Target Customers:

- Distributors
- B2B Customers - made up of hotels, restaurants, Café's, Caterer's
- Airlines
- Bakery
- Retail

- Previous experience within premium food arena
- Ability to present and engage with customers
- Ability to travel interstate and abroad
- Carry out on road sales and site visits
- Ability to plan and participate in events and trade shows
- Motivated and engaged to achieve sales growth
- Effective time management and identifies priorities

What are the hours of work?

This is a full-time salaried position

Our usual hours of operation at the buttery are Monday to Friday 7am until 3:30pm and this role would align with these hours (8am till 4:30pm), however flexibility is needed when travel is required or on road site visits and participating in trade shows and events.

An induction into the butter making and products we supply would also be provided.

We are a team made up of 6 admin/ office and approximately 15 production staff with our HQ located in Caringbah, NSW.
