We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Relationship Building Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts, locating and establishing contact with customers, and building rapport to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage your own portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries.

  • Investigations: Conduct investigations to locate and contact customers, utilizing strong research and analytical skills.
  • Negotiations: Strategise and negotiate positive outcomes for all parties involved.
