Job Brief

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate professional to act as an advocate and role model for vulnerable members of our community. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating, developing, and delivering tailored support plans that foster positive change
  • Collaborating with participants and their support networks to set meaningful goals and strategies
  • Empowering those who support participants in their daily lives - family, carers, friends, etc - through knowledge sharing and capacity building
  • Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared objectives

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • A degree-level qualification in an allied health profession (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work)
  • Experience creating, implementing, and reviewing behaviour support plans that drive positive outcomes
  • Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist status as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the Disability sector
