Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing people capabilities to align with our business strategies and goals. You will work closely with leaders to influence, coach, and engage to fuel our core values, promote career growth, and develop impactful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted connections across all levels of the organisation to ensure access to strategic and operational HR insights.
  • Support discussions around organisational design to drive our growth and innovation.
  • Coach leaders to foster workforce commitment, high performance, and alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Partner with leaders on performance reviews, performance management, and development plans.
About You

You will have experience in large, complex environments and a strong track record of achieving impactful HR and business results. You'll bring a collaborative approach, a knack for creative problem-solving, and a passion for driving meaningful change.

Requirements
  • A degree in HR or a related field, coupled with proven experience in complex organisational settings.
  • Proficiency in clear, compelling communication, both written and verbal.
  • A deep understanding of employee and industrial relations matters.
  • The ability to build and leverage strong connections across all levels of the business.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional people experiences.
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, plus benefits including free RAA premium road service, access to our RAA Rewards Program, generous discounts on all RAA products, flexible work arrangements, ongoing training & development opportunities, wellbeing facilities, and corporate health insurance plan.
