About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Leader to join our vibrant team at Goodstart Coffs Harbour. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our educators to provide high-quality education and care to children aged six weeks to six years.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage a team of 26 professionals to deliver exceptional educational experiences for children
  • To work collaboratively with the Centre Manager to achieve business objectives and improve outcomes for children and families
  • To develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • To mentor and support educators in their professional growth and development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
