Join Our Team as a Trainee Educator

Goodstart Early Learning is a leading provider of early childhood education and care in Australia. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator.

About the Role

As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children. You will work closely with our experienced educators and centre leadership team to develop and implement engaging and inclusive programs that promote children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Appropriate Australian work rights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Ability to meet our immunisation requirements
