An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Director to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Coffs Harbour. As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational direction of our centre and driving excellence in practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Early Childhood Education Director at Goodstart Early Learning, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of educators to drive educational excellence and improve outcomes for children;
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners;
- Observing, reviewing, and refining educational practices to ensure they align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- Mentoring and coaching educators to enhance their skills and confidence in delivering high-quality educational programs;
- Working closely with the centre leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved);
- A current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification;
- New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA);
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- Proven experience leading change in education and driving educational excellence;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the wider community;
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
