Role Overview:

Educational Leaders at Goodstart Early Learning play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young children. As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Educational Programs: Collaborate with educators to design and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of 26 professionals to achieve excellence in educational practice.
  • Centre Development: Work closely with the centre leadership team to drive transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
  • Child Development: Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content to guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Working with Children Check: Hold a current NSW Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid Qualification: Hold a current First Aid qualification.
  • Accreditation: Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
