We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to provide guidance and support to students, teachers, and parents while contributing to the development of pastoral care programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group counselling services to students, teachers, and parents.
- Develop and implement pastoral care programs to promote student well-being and academic success.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and deliver educational programs catering to diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
- Coordinating school events and activities.
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Liaising with external agencies and organizations to access resources and support.
