Career Guidance Professional

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in delivering care and support to clients through meaningful assessments and career guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client requirements and develop tailored Return to Work (RTW) strategies focused on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
- Establish relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a positive impact.
- Visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, more inclusive environments.
- A Master's qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work is essential.
- Registration with ASORC, AHPRA, or AASW is required.
- Full working rights and a full Australian Driving License are necessary.
