Expert Solutions Consultant

This position offers the opportunity to excel in a dynamic role that combines sales, project management, and customer support.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled expert solutions consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions to clients, leveraging your knowledge of workflow management solutions to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Elevate client value by demonstrating the benefits of our core business workflows, including campaign management, creative & content production, project portfolio management, client service delivery, and product lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address complex scoping requirements and showcase the value of our professional services offerings.
  • Create customized demos and solution deployment packages tailored to clients' specific needs and requirements.
  • Foster technical workshops and educational sessions internally and externally to highlight your expertise in Wrike's workflow capabilities.
  • Drive seamless customer onboarding, focusing on workflow optimization.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with sales teams to evolve account plans that incorporate ongoing professional services support and workflow enhancements.
  • Lead individual customer engagements and participate in or lead larger global customer rollouts.
  • Maintain accurate client records and key milestones using Wrike, Salesforce, and other systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Sales/Solutions Engineer with experience in workflow management solutions.
  • At least 5 years in project management, consulting, and customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Formal certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant Master's degree (MBA, MS, or similar).
  • Demo2Win certification or formal sales demonstration training.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment, particularly with work management or project management solutions.

We promote a hybrid work mode for those near an office hub, meeting 2-3 times a week. This supports collaboration and quick problem-solving to deliver results and win together.
