About You
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
Registered with AHPRA, ESSA ASORC or AASW
Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License
Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants
Prior work experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
The Role
As a Area Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping the professional growth of our consultants.
You'll be at the forefront of mentoring, training, and fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
Providing constructive feedback and guidance, ensuring your team excels
Conducting monthly strategic reviews and file audits to maintain the highest standards
Balancing clinical and commercial goals—because delivering quality is our top priority
Building and nurturing relationships—within your team and with key clients
Bringing energy and enthusiasm to the workplace.
