Building Work Expert

The Senior Building Consultant plays a vital role in delivering quality work and ensuring compliance with client and internal claim handling requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and detailed data recording whilst on site
- Providing excellent customer service to all parties with an interest in the job
- Preparing reports and scopes of work for clients
- Ensuring compliance with client and internal claim handling requirements and timeframes
- Compiling and formatting forensic building reports and scopes of work
- Project management as required
Requirements:
- Certification III in Carpentry or Certification IV in Building & Construction or Licensed Builder
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and process requirements for admin hearings and litigation
- Ability to prioritize customer and client needs in service delivery
