The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of corporate facilities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a positive first impression and ensure seamless operations in the workplace
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including badge management, facilities maintenance, and cleaning
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for various services and supplies, ensuring timely delivery
- Manage office resources, making cost-effective decisions to optimize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe work environment
- Provide exemplary customer service, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and external contractors
About You:
- Experience in a corporate office environment is preferred
- Approachable and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook skills
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service and customer-centric approach to tasks
- Previous experience in facilities, customer service, hospitality, or related roles
