The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Clinical Facilitator with a passion for improving mental health services to join our Adult Community Mental Health team.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As a Clinical Nurse (Clinical Facilitator Portfolio), you will be responsible for the professional facilitation of students undertaking Post Graduate Mental Health rotations to apply mental health nursing theory to practice. The Clinical Facilitator is primarily responsible for the clinical oversight, support, and leadership of the Post Graduate Mental Health Nurse in the clinical environment.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the recovery journey of adults experiencing mental health challenges. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating group programs, providing individual clinical interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.

Eligibility criteria include registration or eligibility for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or being eligible for a current practicing certificate, and being enrolled in or holding a qualification in mental health practice.
