Senior Contracts Professional

The Senior Contracts Professional role is a pivotal position within the Commercial and Partnerships team. This individual will be responsible for managing collaborative contracts for Mechanical, Electrical and Control Systems (MECS) maintenance services, Fleet contracts, Facilities Management contracts, and Professional Services contracts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Alliance, Collaborative, pain/gain share contracts and a strong understanding of contract law and best practice contract management.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to contract management in a complex organisation, from procurement to completion.
- Develop and execute contract management plans, oversee payment claims processes, and manage contract variation and claims.
