Job Description

Senior Contracts Administrator Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support the development and implementation of contracts with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of contract law and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contracts that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, laws, and regulations, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and negotiations, facilitating easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with teams to resolve contract-related issues, providing effective solutions and mitigating potential risks.
