Job Title: Contract Administrator/ Senior Contract Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator to provide project delivery, procurement, and commercial responsibilities for a luxury, high-end construction project. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers, Supervisors, and other stakeholders to manage internal and external communications and reporting.

About the Role:
  • Procurement, contract administration, and financial tracking from start to finish.
  • Evaluate contractual obligations under the head contract and subcontracts.
  • Communicate with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and the project team as appropriate.
  • Lead or support subcontractor tendering, scoping, awarding, and onboarding.
  • Support the management team in driving the Project Management Plan.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract management, procurement, quality assurance, and programming to ensure all project requirements are met.

You will be working closely with the project team to monitor progress and proactively identify and address issues impacting the program schedule. You will also be responsible for developing work programs aligned with the master construction plan and overseeing critical project components, including structure, façade, and fit-out.

About You:
  • A highly organized and motivated individual who owns their work, pushes for results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2 - 5 years' experience in Contract Administration or Senior Contract Administration.
  • Clear understanding of contract law, procurement, and project delivery.
  • Skilled with construction drawings, programs, and financial tracking.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to hold their own with consultants and subcontractors.
