**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Contracting Professional to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Mining & Metals ERA Project team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing contracts for goods and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and issue contracts, purchase orders, and services agreements
  • Prepare bidders' lists, pre-qualify bidders, and coordinate bid request packages
  • Evaluate bids commercially, lead negotiation of terms and conditions, and recommend approvals
  • Prepare contract and/or purchase order documents for execution and maintain control and status reporting documents
  • Organize assigned Supply Chain sponsored meetings to ensure complete understanding and agreement on contractual matters

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and inclusively
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
