Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team on a 6-month contract based in Brisbane's CBD. As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and performance of complex contract agreements across capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract administration and technical support for the business unit
  • Develop and implement robust systems and processes for efficient contract administration
  • Provide expert contract advice to contract managers and other administrators
  • Accountable for maintaining accurate and complete records of business activities
  • Analyze contract performance data to generate regular reports highlighting expenditure and key performance indicators
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration/management in an infrastructure or construction project environment
  • Knowledge and experience in managing capital works contract agreements
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Sound understanding of probity and conflicts of interest
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
