We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our leasing team in a newly formed role. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving leasing outcomes by building meaningful relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional service at every stage of the leasing journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage leasing enquiries, tours, and applications to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure a smooth and supportive leasing journey from first contact to move-in.
  • Promote the unique benefits of Build To Rent (BTR) living and high-quality services available, positioning the property as a premier lifestyle choice.
  • Maintain accurate, high-impact property listings and effectively nurture leads through our CRM system in line with brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the property is presented at its best and leasing strategies are executed to the highest standard.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Valid Assistant Agent Certificate, Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence (VIC).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and act with confidence.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and performance KPIs.
