Sales Specialist

This role involves meeting sales targets for novated leases, managing customer relationships and providing end-to-end service from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities- Selling novated leases through lead generation and conversion.
- Upselling and cross-selling novated products and services via inbound leads.
- Managing customer interactions and maintaining accurate records within the CRM.
- Identifying sales opportunities from existing client databases.
- Attending product and skill courses to enhance knowledge and share expertise with colleagues.
- Meeting monthly sales budgets and exceeding targets where possible.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the lease process.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a sales or similar role, preferably in motor vehicle leasing or financial services.
- Proven sales and communication skills, with high levels of verbal and written proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Resilience and adaptability in the face of change and new challenges.
