About Our Client Operations Leader
This role oversees our global client operations team and supports our growing international customer base. Team and project management, as well as technical oversight, are required to ensure all activities meet deadlines and quality standards.
Our team manages cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS environments for clients, undertakes product deployments, and provides Level 2 support for on-premises environments.
This is a full-time position in our Brisbane office with flexible work arrangements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure client expectations and service level agreements are met.
- Contribute to software deployment and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project manage the build and delivery of client and cloud hosted environments.
- Develop processes for internal teams with build and deployment details.
- Facilitate design, provisioning, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.
- Improve and maintain the team's work management system.
- Assist development with DevOps activities and required infrastructure.
- Provide client support through testing and where necessary.
Your Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or Network Engineering.
- Significant experience in a similar leadership role.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and workloads effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud infrastructure and SaaS technologies.
- Proficient in Windows server operating systems and deployments.
- Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and practical experience in their implementation.
- Experience managing technical staff.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
