Operations Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated team leader to join our operations team. The Operations Team Leader will play a key role in ensuring that funeral operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the high standards of quality expected by our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily work requirements, responding flexibly to client needs, and preparing and monitoring documentation such as staff rosters, daily work schedules, and timesheets.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinating funeral operations to ensure they meet quality standards
- Responding to client requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing and monitoring documentation to support operational activities
- Capturing workplace and operational issues and escalating them to management where necessary
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a service-driven organisation or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with grieving families and colleagues
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow direction
- Sensitivity and a comfort with circumstances involving grieving people
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure
