Operations Coordinator Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations professional to join our team. As a leader in the funeral industry, we operate over 300 locations across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate funeral operations to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Assess daily work requirements and coordinate operational activities.
  • Respond to client needs and requests in a flexible and timely manner.
  • Prepare and monitor documentation, including staff rosters, schedules and records.
  • Promote service delivery standards and funeral practices.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in a service-driven organisation or ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong customer service ethos and commitment to service delivery.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow direction.
  • Sensitivity and comfort working with grieving families and deceased individuals.
