Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Policy and Projects Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking research, data collection, analysis, and reporting against commitments to support the development of advice in line with the priorities of our work.

In conjunction with the broader team, the Policy and Projects Officer will plan, coordinate, and deliver on small projects using appropriate project management tools and approaches to ensure milestones are achieved and outcomes delivered within time and resource constraints.

The role requires preparing high-level written material including advisories, correspondence, reports, proposals, minutes, briefs, and communication plans in accordance with our standards of practice for government.

Liaising and fostering productive working relationships with stakeholders is also essential to ensure operational requirements and consultative objectives are achieved, and timeframes adhered to.

The Policy and Projects Officer will coordinate a diverse range of responsibilities within a complex and dynamic environment, ensuring work is completed on time and in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
