Your Role

• Assist in planning and implementation of plantation management strategies
• Manage contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
• Enhance plantation health, vitality, and productivity outcomes through strategic decision-making
• Maintain accurate records and reports to support forest practices and operations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Tertiary degree or diploma in Forestry, Environmental Science, or Agriculture
• Forest Practices Officer (inspecting or planning) qualification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to plan for and meet deadlines, including attention to detail and self-review of work for accuracy
