Job Title: Senior Claims Service Consultant
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Service Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring the correct outcome has been made. You will also liaise with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies
- Liaising with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution
- Preparing and drafting appropriate documentation to stakeholders when required
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated claims management experience in a complex Customer Service environment. You will also require the ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
You should possess technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation. High attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools are essential. Proactive problem-solving skills, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
