Position Overview:

You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences as a Spa Attendant/Receptionist. From warmly greeting clients to managing appointments and supporting the spa team, your attention to detail and passion for customer service will help uphold our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and scheduling using our system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and serene reception and lounge area.
  • Assist in ensuring treatment rooms are clean, prepared, and stocked with essential supplies.
  • Process payments accurately and handle financial transactions securely.
  • Support the spa team by anticipating and meeting client and team needs.
  • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
  • Address client concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Flexible availability, including 10-hour shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a spa, massage, or beauty setting is highly preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
