**Massage Therapist Role:**

We are seeking exceptional Massage therapists to provide quality treatments in a luxurious and tranquil environment.


**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and skin analysis prior to treatments
  • Offer body and facial waxing/tinting services, facial treatments, manicures and pedicures and spa rituals
  • Suggest treatment plans for future bookings
  • Deliver massage services to guests using props and/or products
  • Offer body treatments to guests using body scrubs, wraps, and/or hydrotherapy
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift
  • Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service


**Requirements:

  • Recent experience as a Massage therapist
  • Experience and confidence in spa treatments such as facials, massage and body treatments
  • Prior experience in a 5 star Hotel Property is highly regarded
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV in Massage
  • Excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills
  • Able to anticipate guests needs and build genuine connections
  • Reception experience in a similar environment is highly advantageous
