Sharepoint Support Officer Job Description

The Sharepoint Support Officer is responsible for providing support and site administration for Sharepoint and associate sites. This role will work closely with our Digital Team and internal/external clients to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support, configuration, workflow logic and migrations.
  • Assist with requests and incidents in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Provide training and development of training resources (and associated documentation) for users, content providers and managers of the Sharepoint sites.
  • Support the KBR ecosystem including Nintex and MS Power Platform.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint functions and technical support.
  • Sound analytical capabilities.
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services.
