Senior Technical SharePoint Consultant

The Technical SharePoint Specialist will perform suitability assessments, develop forms and workflows, conduct integration testing, and design solutions for migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SharePoint Online pages, sites, libraries, forms, and workflows
- Review technical deliverables produced by the delivery implementation partner
- Perform testing (including performance and integration testing) as required
- Adhere to ITIL processes for release and change management for migrations
- Support CI/CD Azure DevOps Pipelines and monitor GitHub actions for feature set matches and migration
- Document technical solutions, processes, and activities, and transfer knowledge to technical support teams
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders working in an agile environment such as Scrum
Mandatory Requirements:
- Demonstrated SharePoint Online product experience including sites, page and document templates, document libraries, content types, metadata, search capability, forms, and workflows
- Demonstrated migration to SharePoint Online experience using ShareGate, preferably from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online
- Demonstrated experience in designing, creating, and supporting Power Platform solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, particularly the delivery implementation partner
- Excellent technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable within a high-pressure and changing environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
