Job Overview:
The Sharepoint Analyst role involves collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and execute tasks/requests in the on-premise Sharepoint environment.
This includes supporting stakeholders with existing sites, assisting end users with platform issues, and providing technical support. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting transition activities relating to migration from Sharepoint 2013 to Server Edition environment, engaging business champions to build awareness and optimise Sharepoint capability, and supporting with testing and change activities.
About the Role:
- Min 2 years experience supporting a Sharepoint environment
- Implementation and configuration experience relating to team sites, social sharing and document libraries
- Skills in administering and developing Sharepoint sites
- High level of customer orientation and stakeholder engagement capability
- Organised workstyle and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Stakeholder engagement skills and problem solving ability
