Client Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Liaison Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will manage inbound communications via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and warmth.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and our organization.
  • Support client onboarding by collecting documentation, opening files in practice systems, and coordinating initial administrative tasks.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Take on bookkeeping-related duties such as data entry, coding, reconciliations, or Xero entry.
  • Manage appointment schedules, maintain client records, and keep internal systems updated.
  • Collaborate across the team to track deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Prepare management reports through document collation and data organization.
Requirements:
  • Prior bookkeeping experience or exposure to bookkeeping processes is advantageous, particularly familiarity with tasks like data entry, reconciliation, or using systems such as Xero.
  • A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workflow, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savviness with platform-based tools and accounting systems.
