The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing adviser calendars and appointments, liaising with clients to request and follow-up required information, guiding clients through each step of the advice process, and performing basic implementation relating to superannuation only.

About the Role
  • The position is permanent and full-time, located at Mermaid Beach office on the Gold Coast.
  • You will work closely with financial planners to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing adviser calendar and appointments.
  • Liaising with clients to request and follow-up required information.
  • Guiding clients through each step of the advice process.
  • Basic implementation relating to superannuation only.
About You
  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial planning client services role.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly organised with good time-management skills.
  • You have a friendly phone manner.
  • You can work autonomously and effectively manage your workload.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • XPLAN experience is an advantage.
