Project Financial Professional Wanted

Our team is seeking an experienced project finance professional to provide a broad range of financial services, including accounts payable, receivable, month-end processes, and financial reconciliations to support accurate project tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project and operational financials to ensure correct charges are applied according to work orders.
  • Manage supplier transactions, including requisitioning, purchasing, payments, and resolving supplier enquiries and complaints.
  • Month end reporting and analysis of financial data.
  • Maintain and update financial and administrative data in SAP and other internal systems.
  • Manage employee timesheets and ensure correct allowances and entitlements are applied according to awards, work agreements and departmental policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance or bookkeeping with attention to detail.
  • Confident with Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience using SAP would be an advantage.
  • Payroll knowledge is highly desirable.
