Finance and Office Administration Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled finance and office administration professional who is capable of providing exceptional support to our team. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and casual payroll support.

Key responsibilities include managing financial systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payment and recovery of accounts. Additionally, they will provide all-round office administration support, including supporting the reception and student services counters, human resource record keeping, staff onboarding, staff timesheets, and compliance training monitoring.

Other duties may include supporting facilities management, contractor liaison, stocktakes, minor works coordination, and safety compliance.

Requirements
  • A proactive, reliable, and resourceful team player with demonstrated experience in finance, accounts management, or business administration.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, contractors, and the community.
  • Confidence with financial and administrative systems, preferably with experience in OneSchool and Agresso.
  • A flexible and 'can-do' attitude - willing to step into different roles to support the team.
