About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Professional to join our team at Food and Wine. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective internal and external communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communications Strategies: Assist in the development, strategy, and delivery of key internal communications and brand building activities both internally and externally.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build our profile through identifying, researching, and developing PR strategies, activities, and content, as well as managing relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging internal communications through written content and compelling videos, and maintain internal systems to ensure marketing communications are up to date and relevant.
  • Event Management and Coordination: Assist with event management and coordination for internal and corporate events, and analyze and report on communication strategies, identifying opportunities and delivering change where needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in FMCG or Retail Environment: Previous work experience in an FMCG or retail environment, preferably in a franchise or bakery setting.
  • Education and Qualifications: Degree qualified in Communications or a related field.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Authentic, accountable, and determined, with a passion for delivering high-quality communications.
