This role involves working with the Corporate Communications Team to develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with the company's business objectives. You will engage employees, foster a positive and productive work environment, and manage various communication channels. This includes enterprise employee communication events, campaigns, news management, and content development.

As an integral member of our integrated communication team, you will work remotely but may be required to occasionally visit our offices in Sydney or Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications APAC, we are seeking someone with experience in a similar communication role, preferably with an introduction to an internal function.

The ideal candidate will have experience with content management systems, content creation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage is a plus. A passion for writing and experience with design software are also desirable.
