Job Description

Our client, a leading property development company, is seeking an experienced administration officer to support their entrepreneurial managing director. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management executives and gain exposure to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the managing director's diary and coordinate meetings with staff, clients, and executives.
  • Perform administrative duties, including managing action items and correspondence.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, as well as client functions and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and executives.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening all calls and ensuring sensitive information is handled discreetly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software, such as Trello and Sharepoint.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • A flexible and adaptable nature, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
