Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration officer to support our Managing Director in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management Executives, providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our Property Development business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director's diary and coordinate meetings with staff, clients, and executives
  • Provide administrative support, including managing action items and correspondence
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage the office and ensure seamless communication with IT consultants and building management
  • Coordinate client functions and events, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening all calls and ensuring sensitive information is handled discreetly
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software, including Trello and Sharepoint
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • A flexible and adaptable nature, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
