**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Infrastructure Services Team in Townsville. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our regional area, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and day-to-day tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the regional team, including office management, travel arrangements, and expense claims
* Assist with end-of-month accruals, credit card reconciliations, and invoicing
* Manage IT for staff, including maintaining allocation registers and supplier and customer set-ups
* Support the Service Desk/Help Desk and maintain Ventia Systems, including VisRes
* Collaborate with the team to achieve required outcomes

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in a similar role, with strong initiative and a can-do attitude
* Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel and experience in SAP or Ariba
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail and sound time management skills
